Hello. I'm Chris Peters!
The Heavy Hitter In Clean!
Hi, I’m Chris. Super glad you decided to check out my site, and I hope we can connect personally! My aim here is to provide client-focused, straightforward answers to common commercial cleaning questions. There are a lot of games played out there by manufacturers and salespeople alike, and keeping ahead of the many price increases, Group Purchasing Organizations, and available contracts is super confusing, even for professionals.
As I learn or experience something new in the cleaning world, I’ll share it here or on my LinkedIn page to benefit all of us. If we have the joy of working together, I will work hard to find you the best cost savings program and cleaning regimen to make the most of your time and money.
Hope you find what you are looking for here on these pages!
My Story
Ever feel like your job or an experience just chooses you? That’s how I feel with the cleaning world. I officially started working as a cleaning professional about 4 years ago, but as I look back across my early jobs in high school to present, I realize that I have been in the cleaning world for almost 20 years, ranging from sweeping an outdoor tabernacle and cleaning dorm rooms at church camps to shopping for a floor scrubber as a nonprofit board member, all before actually becoming a cleaning consultant.
Buildings have long been one of my favorite things – I love exploring, checking out old places, taking hikes, sharing photos of abandoned towns in the many rural sites I travel through. Many buildings hold a special place in my heart, like the beautiful library at Oklahoma State or the towering spire of Raley Chapel at OBU, or even the small church where my wife and I met. But more than the rustic architecture, familiar outlines and beautiful natural scenery across Oklahoma, I love helping Oklahomans clean their buildings for better health and finding cost savings along the way.
I call myself The Toilet Titan as a playful way of making cleaning fun. If I view cleaning challenges and victories as a battle of bad germs versus superhero effort, it makes it enjoyable for me. Bathroom humor has always just been funny to me as well, so any chance I get to make a goofy joke about a toilet or what I do for a living is well worth the effort. Join me in defeating the “dark side” of dirty buildings and custodial apathy!
My Values & Beliefs
All people should be treated with fairness and kindness
Clients should be the final say-so in rolling out a project or program
Business deals should be win-win scenarios
Customers should become long-term business partners
Clean buildings are attainable for everyone, and are worth the investment
Cleaning information should not be hidden or secretive, and salespeople shouldn't be sneaky or manipulative
The sales process should be about learning, growing and serving, not exploiting or taking advantage
My Approach
If you decide to give me a call, my goal is first to get to know you and try to understand your own unique challenges, circumstances and limitations. My goal is to serve you, whether it immediately benefits me or not. I will often recommend a retail item or a competitor’s program if it sounds like a better scenario for you and your facility.
Call me. Let’s get to know each other, share a bite or one of my famous fountain drink I always have with me. I don’t need to make a sale; I’d rather make a friend.”
You don't have to go on this cleaning journey alone. Let's chat.
